How to turn off the Facebook Sale Format feature if you aren’t intending to sell something?
A simple walkthrough to get rid of it for good!
Facebook has launched a feature for users that don’t have a Facebook Page to post and promote their products. Also known as “Sale Format”, it allows users to create product awareness and possibly, to successfully make conversions as well.
But, if you want to post just a product review, how do you disable the Sale Format feature? Let’s take a look:
1. When content is posted, one will see the Sale Format pop up in any one of three following ways:
Pop-Up Type 1: Press “UNDO”
Pop-Up Type 2: Press “NO”
Pop-Up Type 3: Press the “x” button in the top right corner
2. From there, press on the ‘Three Dots Icon ( … )” on the right hand side of the post
3. Select “Turn off for sale format”
That’s all you need to do in order to turn off the feature whenever or however it pops up.
For those that receive product review jobs from Tellscore, before submitting your completed post links - don’t forget to turn off this feature before submitting it to the system.
